Hi, my name is Nikki and I started baking 25 years ago when my daughter was an infant. I took a class in Mt. Clemens, Michigan as my ‘first time mom’ getaway to sanity. I found the class to be therapeutic and relaxing for me. Since then I have been decorating cakes for birthdays, holidays and special events. I am self taught on a lot of the things I do since my introductory class many moons ago.
I love to help create something special for people and to make them smile and enjoy the flavors and colors. My 2 grandsons have me trying new things for their birthday parties.
Recently I received a 10 tray dehydrator and I started making fruit leather, dried fruits and next dried noodles. My fiance has been the one to give me that little push and boost to start this in home bakery business and I am having so much fun creating new and tasty treats and pastries.
Take a look around at the pictures and flavors I create and do not hesitate to ask for something special. Pictures are very helpful when placing an order so I have something to work off of that you are interested in. I will do my very best to make it look like you want with the colors you choose.
Decorated cookies have been a hit and a new venture for me. Everyone loves the sugar cookies and decorating them is so much fun.
